Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.

Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably within a related industry.

Exhibit strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Proficient in negotiation techniques with the ability to secure favorable outcomes for the company.

Possess excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Must be willing to work full-time and be based onsite in Klang.

Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach to sales, with a strong focus on achieving results.

Ability to independently manage sales territories and develop effective sales strategies.

Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Conduct outdoor sales visits and presentations to potential and existing clients, effectively demonstrating product features.

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs and expectations.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.

Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Manage customers’ aging collection.
