Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years experience in QS role (construction / aluminium / glazing preferred)
* Strong knowledge in BQ preparation, tendering process, and cost control
* Able to read and interpret construction drawings independently
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Self-disciplined, proactive, and able to meet deadlines without supervision
* Strong analytical and logical thinking
* Experience in aluminium / façade / glazing industry & skilled in Excel / cost tools / AI tools (ChatGPT) for improving speed and accuracy will be added advantage
Responsibilities
* Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), cost estimation, and tender submissions
* Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
* Perform cost comparison, budgeting, and value engineering
* Taking off quantity
* Monitor project costing, variation orders (VO), and claims
* Support management in pricing strategy and profitability analysis
