Requirements
- Assist senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioners, ventilation units, and refrigeration equipment.
- Perform routine checks and diagnostics on HVAC components to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to understand system layouts and installation procedures.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent.
- Respond to service calls and assist in troubleshooting and resolving HVAC system malfunctions under supervision.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously learn about new HVAC technologies and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding task progress and any encountered challenges.
- Handle tools and equipment with care and ensure they are in good working condition.
- Support the team in ensuring client satisfaction by delivering quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and heating equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and diagnostic checks on HVAC components to identify potential issues and ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor repairs under the supervision of experienced technicians, learning and applying established procedures.
- Help with the cleaning and servicing of HVAC equipment, such as changing filters, lubricating moving parts, and checking refrigerant levels.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to understand system layouts and installation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent, using company-provided documentation.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while working on job sites, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance knowledge of HVAC technologies and best practices.
