Requirements
• 2–5 years relevant experience (construction/fit-out preferred)
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Able to handle customer complaints calmly and effectively
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
