Full Time Senior Project Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in CL Reno Selangor - Maukerja

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

5–8+ years of experience in renovation / interior fit-out projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations

Experience handling commercial and residential renovation projects

Proficient in project management tools

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Good communication and client-facing abilities

Possess own transport

Willing to travel to multiple project sites (Klang Valley)

Willing to work Monday–Friday & Saturday (Half-day)

Review drawings, specifications, and project scope before commencement

Develop project schedules, work programs, and resource planning

Coordinate with designers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors

Supervise daily site operations and ensure work progresses according to schedule

Monitor workmanship quality and compliance with design and specifications

Resolve technical issues and site challenges efficiently

Assist in project budgeting, cost estimation, and material planning

Track project costs and minimize wastage or variation orders

Evaluate subcontractor claims and progress payments

Ensure all works comply with local regulations and safety standards

Conduct site inspections and quality checks

Enforce safety practices and site discipline

Act as the main point of contact for clients on project updates

Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Provide progress reports and handle client feedback professionally

Maintain proper project documentation (drawings, reports, approvals)

Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports

Lead and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors

Assign tasks and monitor team performance

Ensure smooth communication between office and site teams
