Requirements
SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
2–5 years of experience in FMCG distribution, cigarette/tobacco sales, logistics sales support, or territory sales
Experience in van sales or route-based selling is an added advantage
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Good sales negotiation and customer management ability
Basic understanding of financial reconciliation and cash handling
Good time management and route/territory planning skills
Able to work independently and travel across multiple states
Possess valid driving license (GDL preferred for van operations)
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets and key customers
Ensure product availability, proper display, and service consistency at outlets
Conduct regular outlet visits according to assigned routes
Identify sales opportunities and promote company products
Support promotions, new product launches, and sales campaigns
Work closely with depot/logistics team to ensure smooth stock supply
Monitor outlet sales performance and gather market feedback
Manage cash and cheque collections accurately
Perform timely reconciliation in accordance with finance procedures
Report any discrepancies and comply with company financial SOPs
Coordinate delivery schedules with depot team
Monitor stock movement between depot and customers
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
