Diploma in any field; a business-related field is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.

Prefer candidate with own transport and willing to travel.

Proficiency in both English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.

Demonstrated ability to apply sales techniques to identify and pursue new business opportunities in liner container shipping.

Effective problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Willingness to work onsite in Klang Valley.

Schedule appointments to meet new clients according to the provided list.

Planning and compile client details based on area for visitation.

Courtesy visit of existing and supported clients, analyse market rates and info news.

Prepare and send quotations to clients; respond promptly to client inquiries and provide necessary information.

Send the weekly updated sailing schedule and the BAF on a monthly basis.

Follow up on shipments with clients via phone calls, text messages, and visits.

Deliver seal, invoice, B/L to clients and collect cheque payments.

Record customer booking details such as company name, volume, port and commodity.

Update 3 months rates validity to clients.

Document and record vessel delays accurately and promptly.

Updating report of PowerPoint performance liftings.
