Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field. Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply.
1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory, or supply chain
Possess own transport
Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Able to multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Execute procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and ensure timely delivery of materials for construction projects.
Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay informed about industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and new product offerings.
Process purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to procurement activities.
Maintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock levels.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand material requirements and ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
Support the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
