Requirements
- Fresh graduate from diploma or degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated
- Basic computer and sales system knowledge
- Able to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups professionally
- Sales experience is an advantage
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Self-motivated
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs and preferences
- Explain product features, materials, pricing, and promotions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display arrangement
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation when required
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
