Full Time Test Socket Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan Pasona Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

・Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical from a college or university
・3- 5 years experience as engineering field service support or similar capacity specifically in test sockets (designing, maintenance/repair) in high volume manufacturing environment

・Automobile usage and skills - Must have a valid Driver's License in state of residence and be able to drive to customer locations

• Candidates from IDM or subcontractor companies (e.g., Intel, TF-AMD, SPIL, ASE, etc.) with relevant experience in handling, maintaining, repairing, or designing test sockets are highly preferred.

◆Customer Support (Pre-sales)
1 Respond to technical inquiries pertaining to test sockets
2 To provide insights to design engineering team for the prototype based on field application point of view
3 Support qualification/ evaluation of test sockets at customer place of business
4 Collaborate with internal team in real time manner for improvements proposals as part of qualification activities
５Work with local machine shops for retrofit/ modification to reduce turn around time for issues encounter during evaluation
◆Customer Support (Post-sales)
７Responds to quality issues and supports the resolution of all customer complaints as necessary
８Provides technical support and troubleshooting pertaining to socket issues at customer place of business
９Provide creative solution to contain issue on-site to prevent line down at customer site
◆Information Management and Reporting
１May attend outside meetings, such as company group meetings, seminars, trade shows, conventions, and conferences for both information sharing and learning purposes
