Full Time Purchasing Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Berkeley Worldwide Powertrain Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

* At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain function

* Strong knowledge in procurement processes, supplier sourcing and cost control

* Familiar with ERP system and Microsoft Excel

* Experience in manufacturing environment will be an advantage

* Good negotiation and communication skills

* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

* Independent, responsible and detail-oriented

* Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred)

* Manage and plan raw material procurement to support production requirements

* Source and develop new suppliers while maintaining good relationships with existing vendors

* Request, compare and negotiate price quotations to ensure cost effectiveness

* Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely manner

* Monitor and follow up on delivery schedules and incoming shipments to avoid production delays

* Maintain accurate material cost and supplier records in the system

* Liaise with suppliers on documentation and compliance matters (e.g. LMW requirements)

* Work closely with internal departments on quality issues and material planning

* Evaluate supplier performance and support vendor assessment activities

* Ensure smooth supply flow to achieve zero production downtime

* Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time
