Full Time Sourcing Analyst Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 + bonus in Qbee Superbike Centre Johor - Maukerja

Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and preparing purchase orders.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information within the ERP system.

Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Support the negotiation of favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.

Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.

Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Assist in sourcing and evaluating new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality of goods and services.

Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to manage stock and prevent shortages or overstocking.

Track order status, communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Maintain accurate purchasing records, including vendor information, pricing, and delivery history, for reporting and analysis.

Support senior purchasing staff in negotiations with suppliers and in the development of procurement strategies.

Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
