Requirements
· Minimum of a Diploma holder in any field.
· No prior work experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.Work experience (preferred)
· Must be proficient in written and spoken Malay, English, and Mandarin (preferred)
· Have good interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficiency in using computers such as Microsoft Excel and Word
· Hardworking, punctual, and able to handle a little work pressure.
· A fast learner with a positive attitude.
· Advantageous: Basic knowledge of SQL accounting software.
· Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
· Work Week: 6 days per week (with alternate Saturdays off)
Responsibilities
· Perform daily administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
· Ensure that data items are maintained and readily available Process invoices, delivery notes, and calculate inventory before picking up goods
· Handle and respond to email correspondence promptly and all incoming calls
· Assist with data entry, filing, record keeping and performs general clerical duties.
· Provide general support to other team members as needed.
· Perform other administrative tasks as required· Perform other duties assigned by superiors
