Requirements:
Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience. (not freelance type)
Familiar with SQL / AutoCount Accounting software application. Knowledge of E-Invoice will be added advantage
Must be Accounting qualification and knowledge or a diploma in the related field.
Well organized, ability to multi-task, good interpersonal skills and also possess good attitude when engaged in the task assigned.
Ability to be detail oriented within a high-paced environment
Ability to embrace change and someone who is a fast learner
Coordinating internal tasks related to accounts to ensure clients receive products and services timely
Any adhoc task assigned by Superior
Must have sense of urgency and manage urgent task handling when needed
Work Location: Bukit Mertajam
Able to Works on weekends when have activities

Responsibilities
Job Description:
To manage all daily accounting & finance transactions including receivable and payable processes & journal entries maintenance.
Able to handle the organization’s accounts maturely.
Perform reconciliation such as Bank Reconciliation, Supplier Recon & Interco Recon, performing timely investigations and follow up on outstanding transactions.
Assist in preparation reports, and liaise with external auditors.
General administrative duties including filing of vouchers and Invoices.
Record and process all transactions related.
Ability to lead a team as well as independently with little supervision.
Deadlines oriented.
Organizational and time management skills preferred.
Has a strong sense of responsibility and determination.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
