Major Areas of Responsibilities/Job Description:

• Meet and greet customers, and attend to them promptly on their orders and request ~ doing suggestive selling and complimentary closing.

• Attend to mis-en-plus as directed on a daily routine, Assist in monitoring the management of glassware and crockery to minimize breakages and losses.

• Work closely with the Supervisor and the team closely to ensure full compliance of the

• Ensure all related equipment in the front end is being maintained in good working condition to support the operations. Adhere to safety standards.

• Raise feedback on issues to ensure corrective actions are completed by active communications and follow ups.

• Assist in monitoring the stock levels, and work closely with the Supervisor to follow up on orders placed, product mix, and to ensure the qualities of the controllable products are maintained.
