Requirements
Possess a Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Outlook, for daily administrative tasks and communication.
Familiarity with accounting software such as Autocount or SQL Accounting Software is a strong advantage.
Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills to manage client information and financial documents accurately.
Strong client relations skills, including the ability to communicate professionally via phone and email.
Experience or willingness to learn order processing and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Ability to handle telephone calls efficiently and professionally, directing inquiries as needed.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin proficiency being a significant asset for client communication.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized filing systems.
Assist in processing client invoices, payments, and other financial transactions using accounting software such as Autocount or SQL.
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel and providing basic information to clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and filed appropriately.
Support the Account Executives in preparing financial reports and presentations by gathering data and organizing information.
Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, follow up on outstanding documents, and provide updates on their accounts.
Perform general office duties, including managing office supplies, photocopying, scanning, and ensuring the reception area is tidy.
