Sepenuh Masa PURCHASING EXECUTIVE Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in EHH Food Industry Sdn Bhd Pelabuhan Klang - Maukerja

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain within the food manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, and cost negotiation.

• Familiar with raw material and packaging material planning, inventory monitoring, and production usage tracking.

• Experience in preparing purchase orders, cost reports, and maintaining accurate procurement documentation.

• Knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Familiar with MPOB reporting (e.g., Penyata Bulanan Minyak Sawit & SPS-Borang MPOB L3) is an added advantage.

• Good coordination skills with internal departments such as warehouse and production.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic ERP or inventory management systems.

• Good negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.

• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Responsible, well-organized, and able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

The role involves sourcing high-quality raw materials, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining cost efficiency while complying with food safety and quality standards.

- Daily monitor raw material & packaging material stock.

- Daily tracking and updating the production usage of raw material & packaging material.

- Ensure yearly supplier assessments are completed by the purchaser.

- Ensure raw materials are comply with law and regulation.

- Liaise with the Warehouse department to ensure all products that arrive are in good condition.

- Monthly MPOB submission such as Penyata Bulanan Minyak Sawit & SPS-Borang MPOB L3).

- Planning ordering for raw material & packaging material by follow the SOP.

- Prepare the purchase order, get approval and submitting to supplier.

- Updating monthly costing report.

- Other matters - additional jobs will be assigned by the superior or management as and when required.
