Job Description

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Experience: 2–5 years of accounting experience

  • Experience in warehouse / logistics / inventory management is an advantage

  • Language: Mandarin (required)

  • Basic English (for reading invoices / system usage)

  • Software: Proficient in Excel (required)

  • Familiar with accounting systems (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, UBS, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting tasks (AR / AP / Invoice)

  • Manage warehouse inventory accounts

  • Perform regular stock reconciliation

  • Assist in warehouse stock take activities

  • Monitor inventory discrepancies and investigate causes

  • Prepare financial and inventory reports

  • Control and monitor warehouse costs
