Full Time Senior Account Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in EHH Food Industry Selangor - Maukerja

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an added advantage

Minimum 3–6 years of relevant working experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience in retail/FMCG industry is an added advantage

Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage

Manage full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)

Lead and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing, including preparation and review of all supporting schedules

Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, management accounts, and variance analysis

Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial schedules

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support financial planning

Perform financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to management

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations (including SST), and statutory requirements

Handle tax matters, including computation and timely submission to authorities

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory bodies on financial matters

Coordinate internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and handling audit queries

Oversee AR, AP, and credit control processes, including monitoring of outstanding receivables

Review payment proposals and ensure efficient cash flow management

Strengthen internal controls and ensure proper documentation of financial processes

Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement in financial efficiency

Assist in implementation and enhancement of accounting systems and ERP

Supervise, review, and mentor junior accounting staff

Support management in business decision-making with financial insights

Handle ad-hoc assignments, projects, and reporting as required
