Job Description

Requirements

  • Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle for client roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating final selections.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand job requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate expectations.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to build strong and sustainable candidate pipelines for diverse client industries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience throughout the process.
  • Conduct basic data analysis and prepare recruitment and HR-related reports for internal and client review.
  • Support HR projects and consulting initiatives, including policy development, employee handbooks, and engagement surveys.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure HR practices align with relevant employment laws and internal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR roles with strong recruitment exposure.
  • Proven experience handling multiple external hiring projects or client accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and statutory HR requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS or HRIS systems is an added advantage.
