Job Description

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in local languages; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for work communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • Strong teamwork and good time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing procedures is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in daily administrative and coordination tasks
  • Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
  • Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support professionally
  • Follow up on outstanding payments with clients
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and documentation standards
