1.     Visitor Database Management & Analysis

·       Assist in the preparation, sourcing, and maintenance of the visitor database

·       Compile, organise, and manage database information

·       Support data analysis and generate insights for projects

2.     Visitor Support (Onsite & Online)

·       Assist in handling visitor enquiries and feedback across all channels

3.     Visitor Promotion & Engagement

·       Support targeted visitor promotions based on database segmentation

·       Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions for promotional activities and campaigns

4.     Event Application Support

·       Assist in the preparation of required documentation for event applications with governmental agencies

·       Liaise with external parties to obtain and compile relevant information

5.     Ad-hoc Duties

·       Undertake additional assignments as required within the Marcom Department
