Full Time Account Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Ban Seng Emas Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with leadership exposure

Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, corporate tax, and regulations

Proficiency in accounting software (Autocount) and Microsoft Excel

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

High level of integrity and attention to detail

Oversee full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and monthly closing processes.

Prepare and review timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.

Monitor cash flow, banking facilities, and financial risk exposure, and provide recommendations to management.

Lead and mentor the accounting team.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, audit standards, and internal policies.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Drive process improvements by reviewing and enhancing accounting workflows, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.
