Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
• Strong knowledge of the Digital Marketing Industry
• Experienced in Marketing Agency will be added advantage
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Able to provide product and sales training to team members
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Results-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive company growth
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
• Provide basic product knowledge and sales training to team members
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the advertising industry
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
• Strengthen brand awareness and improve overall market positioning

Strategic Account Management:

• Oversee a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high retention and identifying opportunities for service expansion (Upselling/Cross-selling).
