Requirements
- Contact potential and existing customers to introduce the company’s loan and financial services
- Follow up on customer inquiries and assist with loan application processes
- Explain product information, repayment terms, and company services clearly and professionally
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Achieve daily and monthly sales or lead conversion targets
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Responsibilities
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Experience in tele sales or customer service is an advantage
- Friendly and able to communicate well with customers
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude, sales-driven, and able to work in a target-based environment
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — training will be provided
