Requirements
Diploma or LCCI in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
Handle accounts payable, including processing invoices, matching purchase orders, and preparing payments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory transactions
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory reconciliation
Prepare stock out to all branches and assist branches with stock in processes
Handle stock processing activities
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
Maintain petty cash and manage staff claims
Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on invoice discrepancies
Support audit processes and ensure compliance with company policies
