Min 1 year Service Experience in Electronics Industries

With Process & Application knowledge will be added advantage

Related knowledge & experience in SMT Electronic Industries for SMT Equipment, Reflow, Wave Soldering, Selective etc.

Possesses strong communication skill, organization, technical expertise

Problem solving abilities

Willing to travel locally/overseas

Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' equipment and systems.

Provide on-site training to customers, 24/7 on call to support customers issue on site.

Actively involved in the new equipment hardware and setup on new machine purchases by customer.

Drive analysis at equipment, hardware and preventive maintenance and repair data .

Install, configure, and test new equipment to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Respond to service requests and emergency calls in a timely and efficient manner.

Document all service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and installations, in detail.

Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand client needs and provide technical solutions.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.

Assist in training clients on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes and procedures.
