Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fresh and relevant experience in retail, food and beverage restaurant will be preferred.
Possess valid Typhoid Injection Certificate and Food Handling Course Certificate (or willing to obtain upon hiring).
Responsibilities
Follow the standard of procedure when preparing food and drink.
Ensure the cleanliness of all outlet.
Responsible for monitoring stock balance, product freshness, and date validity.
Properly handle, clean, and maintain all machines and equipment in good working condition.
Serve customer politely, professionally, and with respect at all times.
Handle customer inquiries, orders, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Accurately perform all cashier transactions and may be required to handle daily bank-in in accordance with company procedures.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor / manager.
