Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if suitable).
  • Knnowledge of HVAC / M&E systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions (e.g., HVAC / M&E systems).
  • Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial submissions for clients.
  • Conduct site visits and attend technical meetings with clients when required.
  • Work closely with the technical/engineering team to ensure proposed solutions are accurate and feasible.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, project updates, and sales forecasts.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
  • Follow up on projects from initial enquiry stage until deal closure.
