Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to forecast demand and optimize schedules.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional team coordination.

Production Scheduling: Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, or monthly production schedules to meet customer orders and inventory targets.

Inventory & Material Management: Coordinating with procurement to ensure raw materials are available while optimizing inventory levels to avoid shortages.

Workflow Optimization: Analyzing production data to identify bottlenecks and implementing improvements to enhance productivity.

Coordination & Communication: Collaborating with sales, logistics, and manufacturing teams to align production with company goals.

Problem Resolution: Monitoring production progress and resolving issues (e.g., machine downtime, labor shortages) to ensure deadlines are met.
