Full Time Accountant (Full Set Account) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Grand Auto Parts Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in handling full set accounts.

Candidates with accounting firm experience will have an added advantage.

Familiar with SQL Accounting software, e-Invoice system, SST, and Malaysian tax regulations.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and good analytical skills.

Proficient in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills are required.

Experienced candidates are preferred.

ACCA / MICPA / CPA qualification is an added advantage.

Experience in payroll and statutory compliance.

Familiar with MFRS and Malaysia tax practices.

Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, General Ledger, and bank reconciliation.

Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and year-end closing.

Manage invoicing, payment processing, and cash flow monitoring.

Prepare and submit SST, corporate tax, PCB, and other statutory requirements.

Assist in audit and tax matters, including liaising with external auditors and tax agents.

Process payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and payroll-related documentation.

Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and regulations.

Perform data entry and accounting tasks using SQL Accounting or related accounting software.

Support management with financial analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc assignments.
