Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and ordering new supplies as needed.
Oversee office equipment, scheduling maintenance and repairs as necessary.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage general inquiries.
Maintain an organized and clean office environment.
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments, including booking conference rooms and preparing materials.
Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Manage and update company databases and contact lists.
Assist in organizing company events, such as team lunches and holiday parties.
Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for staff members.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the office.
