Job Description

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience in similar fields.

  • Preferably experience in dealing with industrial products.

  • Highly-motivated with the commitment & desire to achieve goals and targets through effective teamwork, willing to go extra miles and scale to achieve new heights.

  • Presentation skills, client relationship, energy level, negotiation, prospecting skills, meeting sales goals, creativity, independence and motivation for sales.

  • Work independently with hands-on and results oriented, with high level ofintegrity,good interpersonal & communication skills.

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English. Must be able to speak in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.

  • Experience in product training and marketing activities is an advantage.

  • Possess own transport and a valid driving license. Willing to travel outstation.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential customers through various channels like cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

  • Delivering product or service demonstrations to clients, highlighting the benefits and addressing their specific needs. Successfully negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to finalize sales.

  • Overseeing a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and generating reports to identify areas for improvement.

  • Working closely with internal teams like marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
