Full Time Account Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in H A S Energy Industrial (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field.

Solid foundation of accounting software such as SQL Software.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines.

Good communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Possess strong knowledge on full set account (GL, AR, AP and Double Entry).

Assist in handling daily accounting and finance operations.

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, official receipts, debit notes and credit notes.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.

Assist in bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.

Assist in monthly account closing and preparation of financial reports.

Support audit, tax and statutory submission processes.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

Liaise with suppliers, customers, auditors, bankers and internal departments when necessary.

Ensure compliance with Company policies and accounting procedures.

Assist in payroll processing and administrative duties when required.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
