Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years’ experience is an advantage

  • Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurement

  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic QS documentation

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Willing to visit project sites when required

Tanggungjawab

  • Assist in measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ)

  • Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts

  • Assist in cost control, budgeting, and material reconciliation

  • Liaise with site supervisors, suppliers, consultants, and main contractors

  • Support preparation of tender documents and pricing

  • Maintain proper records of drawings, contracts, and cost documents

  • Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the management
