Admin & Account Executive

We’re looking for an Admin & Account Executive to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This role supports admin work, customer orders, invoicing, delivery coordination, and basic accounts tasks. If you’re organised, willing to learn, and okay with handling a mix of admin and accounts work, this role could be a good fit.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum SPM qualification or above

  • Some experience in admin / accounts / sales support is an advantage, but not a must

  • Comfortable using Excel and basic office systems (AutoCount is a bonus)

  • Willing to learn and able to follow SOPs

  • Careful with details and paperwork

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00 pm

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handle daily admin work like data entry, documentation, and filing

  • Process customer orders and prepare Sales Orders (SO) in the system

  • Arrange deliveries and coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and customers

  • Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and follow up on signed / chopped copies

  • Keep records organized

  • Assist with basic Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) documentation

  • Support month‑end closing and general reporting

  • Perform ad‑hoc administrative or operational tasks when needed

  • Be flexible and willing to lend a hand when things get busy
