Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and above
Responsibilities
Responsible in preparing patient/customer meal or related hospital functions Assist chef in planning, organising and preparing food for patient/customer
Responsible for assisting in all areas of food preparation as and when directed. Ensure hygiene of the working area, including cooking, butchery and food preparation area.
Ensure correct use of all equipment and maintain a clean and tidy work
Prepare mise en place and replenish food for all kitchen area.
To assist in issuing ordering list.
Participate in all quality accreditation activities (e.g. JCI, MSQH, IMS, MSOSH, 5S, etc.)
Adhere to KPJ Standard People Practice (SPP).
All policies and procedures are adhered to and records maintained.
To assist in any other responsibility as deemed necessary by Head of Services or Hospital Management.
