Greet and receive visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently and promptly.
Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.
Assist in coordinating internal meetings, scheduling appointments, and arranging meeting rooms.
Support office operations such as ordering office supplies, liaising with vendors, and maintaining inventory.
Assist in handling basic HR or administrative documentation when required.
Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and filing systems are maintained.
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Assist in staff accommodation matters, including handling hostel-related issues and coordination.
Arrange travel bookings, including flight tickets, accommodation, and related logistics when required.
