Full Time Financial Analyst Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Cretev Perak - Maukerja

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA Australia/ICAEW/MIA) will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations of invoice entry and ensuring accurate recording in SAP.
• Ensure vendor invoices, debit and credit memos are processed and paid in timelymanner.
• Investigate and resolution of invoice on hold, open GR/IR (goods-receipt/invoicereceipt) clearing account and follow up on the status.
• Perform monthly supplier reconciliations and reconcile monthly supplier statements.
• Ensuring all practices are aligned with internal control processes and SOX compliance.
• Assist with the month-end processes in accordance with the timetable defined.
• Achieve agreed KPI associated with invoice processing or any other related AP activities.
• Handle critical queries and provide accurate information to stakeholders.

Technical skills and prior experiences

• Related working experience in AP will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of commonly used accounting concepts, practices and procedures required.
• Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-pace setting.
• Experience with SAP is added advantage. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as required to ensure the completion of daily tasksand workload assigned.
• Ability to produce work to high standards, paying meticulous attention to detail at all times.
