Job Description

Requirements

  • Language Requirement: Must able to communicate in Mandarin & fluent in English.
  • Education Requirement: SPM & higher
  • Basic experience in administration or recruitment is preferred.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiar with basic Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle data entry and monitor company software systems.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the China headquarters.
  • Prepare, organize, and file company documents and employee records.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain office equipment.
  • Keep the office clean and organized.
  • Assist with administrative expenses and asset management.
  • Receive visitors, answer calls, and handle emails.
  • Assist with attendance records, leave applications, recruitment, and interview arrangements.
  • Support other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.
