At least 3 years of site construction experience with a solid understanding of roofing and cladding systems.

Able to speak English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Able to use AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.

Supervision of work progress at site in accordance with schedule.

Implement day to day activities, and receive materials delivered to site.

Ensure work quality is achieved and safety regulation is compiled.

To report to the superior on the daily progress of the projects.

To liaise with contractors and workers for project implementation works.

Attend all projects site meeting with clients or consultants.
