Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of QA/QC experience, with leadership or managerial experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ISO standards, and quality management principles.
Experience with inspections, audits, testing procedures, and quality documentation.
Familiarity with regulatory and industry compliance standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
Preferred Qualifications
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent.
Experience in Construction / Manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience handling client audits and regulatory inspections.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to lead and manage the company’s quality assurance and quality control functions. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for developing quality standards, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements, conducting inspections and audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations and projects.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to maintaining high-quality standards and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management
Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s QA/QC policies, procedures, and quality management systems.
Ensure all operations and products comply with internal standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor quality performance indicators and prepare quality reports for management review.
Establish quality objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
Inspection & Compliance
Oversee inspections, testing, and quality control activities throughout project or production processes.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and industry requirements.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits and certifications.
Investigate quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate QA/QC records, reports, inspection documents, and certifications.
Review and approve quality documentation, procedures, and inspection reports.
Ensure proper document control and compliance with quality standards.
Team Leadership
Lead and supervise QA/QC personnel, inspectors, and quality engineers.
Provide training and guidance on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Evaluate team performance and support professional development.
Process Improvement
Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for quality improvement and cost reduction.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, procurement, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement programs.
Supplier & Client Coordination
Evaluate supplier quality performance and conduct supplier audits when necessary.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities regarding quality matters.
Ensure client specifications and contractual quality requirements are met.
