Responsibilities

1. Check the Shipment Details (SD) to ensure that all order details are correct before picking up the Delivery Order.

2. Update moving stock from Production into warehouse (FGR).

3. Compile and inspect shipping documents (SD/PICK LIST/DO) to ensure that match and are correct.

4. Update new locations in the U8 system for adjustments.

5. Assisting in checking the correctness and condition of deliveries.

6. Follow up with the Shipping team to obtain transporter details for creating the Delivery Order.

7. Pick up the Delivery Order and ensure that the details are accurate.

8. Update the transporter report weekly and submit it to the Head of Department (HOD) via email.

9. Open Purchase Order Requisition.

10. File the Delivery Order

11. Advise the forklift driver about available locations.

12. Follow all safety, environmental and quality policies and procedures.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
