Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR functions.
Strong knowledge of the Malaysia Employment Act.
Responsible, meticulous, and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Self-starter with initiative, independence, and confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications; strong Excel skills are an advantage.
Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (mandatory requirement). Candidates must be fluent in all three languages. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Tanggungjawab
Human Resource Management – Handle the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, letter preparation, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, payroll, and general administration.
Talent Acquisition – Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes independently, from sourcing to onboarding of new hires and handling terminations.
Payroll Management – Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate processing of attendance, leave management, monthly staff claims, and reimbursements.
HR Administration – Maintain compliant HR documentation and filing system; update Employee Handbook, policies, and public holiday listings; and prepare and issue memos as required.
Employee Relations – Manage HR strategies and employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Employee Support – Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and provide timely assistance.
Office Administrative – Support general office management and maintenance tasks.
Occupational Safety & Health (OSHA) – Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations and maintain relevant documentation.
Other Duties – Perform additional tasks as assigned by the superior.
