岗位要求 / Job Requirements
1. 教育背景 / Education
l Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science, Bioengineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
2.工作经验 / Experience
l Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing or maintaining quality management systems (e.g., FSSC22000、HACCP、BRC、ISO 9001、ISO 22000、) in the food/dairy industry.
l Knowledge of dairy production processes and regulations (e.g., GB 12693, FDA, EU standards) is preferred.
3.技能与能力 / Skills & Competencies
Proficient in quality management tools (e.g., PDCA, 5W1H, FMEA) and internal/external audit processes.
Strong analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent), able to draft bilingual system documentation.
4.证书要求 / Certifications
Internal/Lead Auditor certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 22000,HALA or HACCP are a plus.
