Requirements
At least 5 year(s) of working / managerial / leadership experience in the related field OR have equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market.
Strong written and verbal communications skills such as English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong aggressiveness and initiative are must to have
Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
Excellent planning, organization and time management skills with strong follow through abilities
Good analytical, problem-solving, multitasking and leadership skills
Good team player, is self-motivated, capable to work well with all levels of people

Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Sales Strategy
Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and drive business growth.
Team Leadership and Development
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
Performance Monitoring
Track team performance using KPIs, regular reporting, and formal evaluations to ensure consistent improvement.
Business Development
Establish and nurture business relationships to identify and expand new business opportunities.
Key Account Management
Manage and grow key accounts while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
Customer Satisfaction and Operational Efficiency
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency at the branch level.
Product and Industry Expertise
Continuously enhance knowledge of products and industry trends to better serve clients and inform strategy.
Staff Training and Development
Mentor staff and provide training in service, sales, and operations to elevate overall team performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
