Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, explain inspection findings, and resolve complaints to maintain high retention and satisfaction.
Operational Efficiency: Supervise the workflow of vehicles in the workshop to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
Financial Management: Meet sales and profit objectives, set department budgets, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
