Requirements
- Location: Johor Bahru (Tebrau / Taman Universiti / T.U.T.A. / Bukit Indah / Impian Emas / Desa Jaya)
- Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of retail or sales experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, confident, and customer-focused
- Willing to work 6 days/week, including weekends & public holidays
Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers and recommend suitable products-
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently close sales
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
- Support store operations and weekly reporting
