Previous experience in delivery, logistics, warehousing, or customer service more preferable
Responsibilities
Issue D/O and other relevant delivery documents.
Transport arrangement for incoming and outgoing delivery.
Update the inventory system on prompt basis.
Maintain customers/third party‘s stock card record accurately.
Issue Goods Return Memo and Credit Note upon required.
Liaise with Marketing Dept and assist in sales order arrangement including issue Customer Order Form, checking customer’s PO, contact customers and etc.
Liaise with Store for goods arrangement when necessary.
To execute the instruction from your immediate superior.
