Requirements
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in purchasing or procurement (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Must be fluent in spoken and written Mandarin.
Possess good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic AutoCount system.
Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.
Prepare Purchase Orders and ensure all related documentation and approvals are complete.
Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and goods dispatch matters.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and accounts departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Maintain and update supplier information, purchase records, and inventory levels.
Assist in evaluating supplier performance and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
Handle administrative tasks related to procurement and filing of purchase documents.
